REFUND POLICY

PRODUCTS

You may return all physical Products (Books, CD’s, DVD’s etc) purchased at the Empower 2000 Store within 30 days of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

COURSES
(All 5 weeks or 35 days)

We agree to a money-back guarantee to any participant who completes all assignments for the 35 days and who participates in (or listens to) all five weekly sessions, and who sincerely feels that their expectations were not exceeded. We will cheerfully and without any questions, refund you the difference between what you paid for the course and what you think it was worth to you (up to the full price of the course.)

MEMBERSHIPS

There is currently no refund on monthly Membership fees. However, you may cancel your membership at any time and you will then not be billed any more in the future.
