I’m passionate about journaling and coaching because I have seen the fruit of those in my own life and my own family.

There are lots of good reasons to journal. Perhaps the top one is that it helps you to SLOW DOWN to rest and reflect. Most people are in a hurry most of the time. Consequently they miss opportunities that pass by every day and they fail to appreciate the extraordinary in the ordinary things of life.

Rest and reflection lead to revelation and together those 3 make up the tri-cord of leverage. When journaling is done properly, it allows God to be your master Coach. Life isn’t a 100 yard dash; it’s a marathon. Real and sustainable life change is what we are after.

As a physician and lifeforming leadership coach, my Focus is on YOUR WELLNESS – coaching YOU to be healthy in all areas of your life.
